1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING F.Z.C, trading as Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, customers, and visitors of our website and services in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services Offered
Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties within the United Arab Emirates. Our services include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for cleaning services must be made in full before or on the date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are issued only if a service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. In case of a dispute, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services, including your name, contact details, and property address. You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe and reasonable access to the property. You must disclose any hazards, fragile items, or special requirements before service begins. You agree not to engage in any conduct that may damage our reputation or interfere with our operations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING F.Z.C and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. The brand name "Cleaning Services" and tagline "Leading Cleaning Services services in the United Arab Emirates" are our trademarks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEGANCE TRAVEL & CLEANING F.Z.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper use of our services, or events beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
